I've seriously been wondering if there is something wrong with Jonah-he doesn't like to watch TV! :) How could I have given birth to a child who doesn't like to be mindlessly entertained? Have you seen Venna watch a movie? Holy crap, does that girl have endurance! When Jonah was a few months old I turned on a Baby Einstein for him and he didn't care. I can't drag myself away from Baby Mozart. Have you seen those cool toys? A kid must have some diagnosable disease if he isn't begging for more Baby Mozart.
We try not to watch too much TV but sometimes you just gotta get some work done without a baby holding onto your legs. It's been a distressing and totally hard time for me to have a kid who can't sit through an Elmo movie. :)
I'd almost given up on him, but a few weeks ago something magical happened: Jonah watched part of Bolt. Then he sat through some of Chiti Chiti Bang Bang! Today he watched 1.34 episodes of Little Einsteins!! I finally got to wash that big bowl from Sunday night dinner! He's not a freak...it just took time. I was so worried.

Levi had the same problem till we discovered Elmo Goes to Grouchland. It has saved us a number of times
I wish my kids had a problem with not watching t.v.! Glad that Jonah is normal now maybe Annie will want to be his friend!
