Recently Venna has started drawing people with bodies. This is a big step if you were wondering. I thought she would never grow out of drawing a head with 4 sticks poking out of it. Now we have stacks of papers all over the house. Each drawing is special, they are all drawn, with love, for me, and all the people are getting married. How can I throw them away?

This outfit would make Fancy Nancy proud. Or jealous. (Fancy Nancy is a series of children's books about a little girl who is...fancy. She dresses, talks, and acts like a diva.) Venna is now fluent in fancy. Like she wasn't before?
One night Josh and I were talking and I said something about being mixed-up. Venna interrupted us with this gem: "Do you know another word for mixed-up?
Perplexed." Straight from a Fancy Nancy book.

I have free labor and I wasn't even using it until this week. I don't know why it hasn't occurred to me to have Venna set the table.
She loves it. Obviously she could use a few pointers.
I wonder what other menial tasks she could do...

she is too cute!!! Please tell me that "What's up with Megan" is going to come next!!!
I love the dishes. Your table looks like a rainbow! I think Venna could write her own book.
I love Vennas outfit! She is too funny! I love free labor from my kids!!
She is ADORABLE. I can't wait until my kids can do chores! I think that's why my parents had children. Well, a daughter anyway. My brothers never did chores. I can't get over how much your little guy looks like Josh...
Fancy Nancy rocks! You can always have your little ones fold towels and washcloths. They don't stack quite right, but at least you didn't have to do it!
I KNEW free labor was the only reason parents had kids!!!
