Walmart is pretty much the only option for holiday deals in Kirksville. I've never been to Walmart on Black Friday. The idea scared me in the past-BUT you gotta do what you gotta do. 
This is a picture of the parking lot. We had to park out by the gas station. I think the entire county was there. I picked Megan up at 4:45 AM. No need to go too early because there's no line at Walmart. It was nice to not wait in the cold, but I missed the rush of everyone pushing and shoving to get in the doors.
I stood in a shopping cart to get this picture. I nice stranger lady held the cart steady for me. All these people are crowding around the $2 DVDs. Don't even think about getting a cart at Walmart-you're going nowhere if you do.
Here we are after our shopping escapade. I think we look pretty hot for 5 AM.

I went to Fred Meyer (yes, it was Fred Meyer at the time) with you crazies ONCE, and that was enough for me. No Black Friday shopping here, unless it's online. Glad you found someone to go with you though.
That was fun! We must go next year...did you hear that someone was KILLED in NY from being trampeled when they opened the WalMart?! Next year we should wear helmets.
I wished I could have gone-what a steal! Next year baby, only we will do it in Columbia!
