Venna checked out a Barbie fashion show book from the library.
Naturally she wanted to have a fashion show.
Naturally I thought that was a silly idea at first.
But then I thought what the heck?
Good thing I did, too.
Do you see the joy on Venna's face in that picture?
She invited some friends over.
We set up her room.
An area for shoes. A place to do hair. We laid out accessories.
We also bought chocolates and pink cookies.
It was Venna's idea to have refreshments.
We cranked up the music.
It was serious.
And then we ate mac n cheese.

p.s. I realize those pictures are crappy and hard to see. Bummer timing for the camera to have a mind of his own. Yes. Its a boy camera.
