I thought I was perfect and then I realized it was all my mom

After I had Tucker I felt like I could run a marathon. (No induction, no epidural, no bowel issues, plus a baby who ate what I fed him all combined to make me a very happy person.) THEN my mom left after helping for 2 weeks. Holy crap. What was I thinking? Who was going to do laundry, make food, clean up, and entertain my other kids? Who was going to keep me sane while I stay in the house all day with a newborn?
Come back, Mom!!

Mom mom drove all over Missouri to fetch Caleb so he could meet Tucker. Venna and Jonah were very appreciative.
My dad came to take my mom back home. Darn him.
Thanks for the visit!

I always think newborns "break" right after the grandmas go home. Best of luck! ;)

That's great! And sorry so late, but congratulations!

But you make it look so easy, I considered having a third, but now I'm not going to...

I am going through the same withdrawls!! (minus the adorable newborn) Who is going to clean my kitchen, make meals, keep up on the laundry, play with S and O while I unpack?!? Oh snap.
