helpful helpers

Every time Tucker starts to fuss someone in our house feels the need to bring it to my attention. Every. Single. Time. Do Venna, Jonah, and even Josh think I'm deaf? I'm not. Am I not quick enough to console Tucker? I'm pretty fast. Is Tucker's cry that annoying? I don't think so. Jonah is an especially vigilant watchdog. He gives the public service announcement, "Tucker is getting mad," about a million times a day.
The good news: Tucker is 3 weeks old and we're all still alive.

Jonah isn't wearing pants again! How many times a day does someone tell you THAT?

Jonah doesn't want ANYONE getting mad!!! Dang cute, all 3 of them.
Meili: Jonah is in 'training' in BIG boy pants. The 'trainer' is reminded of the BIG boy pants if they are not hidden by other pants. The trainer and the trainee are both much happier when they are reminded BEFORE and not AFTER any urges or incidents.

haha ... so true!
happens at our house, too.
what i love (sarcasm) is when simon wakes up and david immediately brings him to me to eat, even if he's totally happy. I'm like, "hey just cuz he's awake doesn't mean he's hungry!"

i wanna see more pics of tucker!

That picture is adorable :)
Brielle went through a phase (that lasted like 4 months) where everytime Aislynn cried she screamed out "STOP IT! BE QUIET!" That was not at all helpful.

That's like having a backup for the alarm or having a beeping noise with the lights that states you're in reverse in your van. It's so helpful to have more than one way to know that somethings not right. Oh, the joys of life. Keep up the good work and remember you're a great mom!

I have been absent from the blogosphere recently... congrats on Baby #3! I cannot believe you have three already. I still remember coming to your house for dinner when Venna was a baby and the rest of us were still childless. He is adorable, and you are wonder woman!
