I made these cute banners. Seriously, people, have you ever appliqued? You probably have-I'm a little slow. I bought my first roll of heat bond this week, and now all I can think about is what I want to iron on a onesie (for the alien fetus) or on a banner. These endeavors lead me to the discovery of craft blogs. Holy cow. You can make a lot of crap with some fabric and a sewing machine. I mean a lot of cool crap, people.I guess I could include Josh in the explanation of this super week. He is part of our family, too. The life of a medical student the week before finals is pretty boring. (No offense, Josh.) So this week he studied, played basketball, took a test or two, ate, and slept. He also played with us a few times.

You are so crafty. I am WAY behind no appliquing here.

I love the picture of Venna and Jonah loving each other. So sweet! I can't wait to see you this weekend! And BTW, you are ahead of me on the crafty stuff.
Will you teach me to applique? ;) I think we need to get into that craft together and you can show me the ropes (and the blogs). I do LOVE that banner.
