Today we all went to Wal-mart to get a tire fixed and buy deodorant. We came home with two new holes in Venna's ears! We were walking by the jewelry department and Josh asked Venna if she was ready to get her ears pierced. She said yes. She cried until someone told her she looked pretty. After the compliment she was all smiles.

Congratulations Venna! She's SO lucky I had to wait till I was 13.
Tell her I think she looks really pretty with her new earrings. Were you there when she did it, or was Josh. I don't think I could watch.
Nice! New school year and now two cool new holes. I hope you buy her the earrings that the "diamond" is so big that it takes over her ear lob. I can't wait to see those in person.
